From the North (Tampa):

Travel Rt. 275 South to exit 32 (4th Street). Continue 2.9 miles to intersection. Turn right onto Roosevelt Boulevard (Rt. 686). Continue .2 miles to Carrington Place on the right.

 

 

From the South :

Travel Rt. 275 North to exit 30 (Roosevelt Boulevard). At exit, travel in right lane toward Rt. 686 East. Continue 1.1 miles to Carrington Place on left side, across from the Publix Plaza.
